EARN DISCOUNTS FOR NEW CUSTOMER REFERRALS

How it Works

Become an RG Member and straight away receive a voucher to the value of 5% of the price of your work.

From there Members receive a Unique Referral Code (URC).

Members can send this URC only via text message to an unlimited number of friends.

Any of these friends who becomes a NEW CUSTOMER at Riverside Gallery and shows us the text message containing the URC at the time of their first purchase receives a 10% discount on this transaction.

The Member who referred this Friend earns another 5% discount reward at the time of the Friend’s purchase.

Members can stack these rewards to earn discounts on future transactions, up to a maximum of 50% or $500 whichever is lowest.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Referred Customer (Friend) must forward the referral text to Riverside Gallery in-store to verify and activate their discount.

  • The Referred Customer (Friend) must be a NEW CUSTOMER to be eligible for the discount. This part of the promotion cannot be used by an existing customer who is already in our database.

  • Stackable discounts for Members only apply to the Friend’s first purchase. Members do not earn 5% on any future purchases the Friend makes.

  • If a Friend has multiple referral codes, only the first code they present at checkout will be honored and all other referral codes will be discarded.

  • Referral rewards cannot be split or changed after the transaction is complete.

  • Members can choose how much of their discount balance they want to apply (e.g., if you have 20%, you can use 5% now and save the remaining 15% for later).

  • If the Member has multiple jobs/orders in one visit, the discount only applies to the most expensive job — not across all jobs in the visit.

Important Notes & Limitations

  • Discounts expire after 24 months from the date they are earned.

  • The 10% discount for Friends is only valid on their first purchase and cannot be used more than once per person

  • Referral discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are only applicable to in-store transactions.

  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  • If a Friend forgets to use their referral discount at the time of purchase, it can be applied retroactively - but only if it can be proved that the text message with the URC was sent prior to the purchase date.

Abuse & Fair Use Policy

  • Referral codes must be shared personally and cannot be posted publicly (e.g., discount websites, social media, forums).

  • Referred Customers must show the original referral text message they received when making their first purchase. Screenshots or forwarded messages from unknown sources will not be accepted.

  • If any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected (e.g., self-referrals, code farming, or fake purchases), Riverside Gallery reserves the right to void any discounts earned and remove participants from the program.

  • This program is intended for personal referrals only—not for mass distribution or promotional use by influencers, businesses, or deal-sharing groups.
